COST PLUS HEALTH (COST + HEALTH) is a monthly, membership-based health service plan that offers the individual access to 3 hours (180 minutes - deducted in 15 minute increments) with one of our providers during the year. These visits may include tele-health or in-person visits at your home or business.

Cost + Health is not health insurance, but rather a high-quality, convenient, low-cost alternative for point-of-care health. Cost + Health can do anything a General Practitioner can do, minus the headaches of insurance, waiting rooms, and high costs.

We do not bill insurance and we are currently out of network for all insurance companies. The cost is simple: $33/month (+ processing fees & taxes).

All tests and labs are billed on a Cost Plus basis. We charge the costs of the tests/labs plus 15%. Thats it.

If you currently have private health insurance, you may use this to cover the cost of any additional outside labs, ultrasounds, referrals to specialists and/or any additional recommended preventative screenings performed outside of our office.

This membership-based program is perfect for small business owners, individuals with accident-only insurance plans, and insured individuals with high deductibles who would rather pay out-of-pocket for access to a healthcare provider that can address their day-to-day health needs in a caring way through concierge service.
